2. More than 50% of all adults will consult a customer review before making a purchase.

3. Embedding actual customer feedback will add relevancy and effectiveness to your content marketing strategy, because of the above two things.

What you need to remember... Be flexible, marketing is about finding out what works. That means experimenting, and experimenting often isn’t successful. Don’t be disheartened. Even if an attempt is not successful, that’s valuable knowledge going forward.

Hi, I'm Grace.

I’ve been a full time freelance marketer since February 2019. I’m interested in creating content that makes businesses resonate with consumers. My love of marketing comes from the combination of strategy and creativity involved in being a marketer, the psychological aspect of consumers and consumerism, and the ability to create social change through marketing campaigns, communications, and more.

In December 2018, I set up meaningfulmarketing.org to cater for the digital and social media marketing needs of small and independent businesses in Cumbria. There was a gap for an affordable, yet experienced, marketing freelancer and I’m pleased to say I’m now fulfilling it full time!

I’m a big supporter of mental health awareness, and think that a work/life balance is crucial no matter how ambitious you are! You can never produce your best work if you’re burnt out.
