Campaign Planner Template (Free!)

It's hard to keep track of one marketing campaign, let alone multiple ones.

This simple and easy to use template allows you to write the core elements of your marketing campaign all in one place.

Here's a breakdown of what it all means:

CAMPAIGN: "an organized course of action to promote and sell a product or service."

GOALS: What the aims of your campaign is. What is the outcome you want?

PLATFORMS: Which social media platforms or digital platforms will you use to get there? Which ones work best for your goals and your target market?

CONTENT: What content (blogs, photos, graphics) will you use in your campaign? What's the purpose of it?

KPI: Key Performance Indicators. How will you know that it's working?

DAY/TIME: When's the best time for you to post it?

RESULT: Did you reach your KPIs? If not, why not? If yes, what worked best? Use this info to inform your future marketing strategy and where you want to go from here.

What you need to remember... Be flexible, marketing is about finding out what works. That means experimenting, and experimenting often isn’t successful. Don’t be disheartened. Even if an attempt is not successful, that’s valuable knowledge going forward.

About me...

Hi, I'm Grace.

I’ve been a full time freelance marketer since February 2019. I’m interested in creating content that makes businesses resonate with consumers. My love of marketing comes from the combination of strategy and creativity involved in being a marketer, the psychological aspect of consumers and consumerism, and the ability to create social change through marketing campaigns, communications, and more.

In December 2018, I set up to cater for the digital and social media marketing needs of small and independent businesses in Cumbria. There was a gap for an affordable, yet experienced, marketing freelancer and I’m pleased to say I’m now fulfilling it full time!

I’m a big supporter of mental health awareness, and think that a work/life balance is crucial no matter how ambitious you are! You can never produce your best work if you’re burnt out.

Outside of my ambitions, I enjoy hiking (that’s why I moved to the beautiful Lake District!), watercolour painting, and drinking tea. Email me at
