What happens during a free consultation?


Over the course of 30 minutes, we’ll have a chat about your business, your business goals, and how social media may be able to help you reach your business objectives. Once I’ve learned more about your business, I’ll give you insights into how meaningful marketing could help you with regards to recommended social platforms, an initial strategy idea, and how we can move forward together. I’ll even send you an email follow up with a summary of our call, and give you time to think about whether you’d like to go ahead with meaningful marketing or not!

Why do I need social media marketing?

What platforms do you cover?

Do you do paid social media? (Facebook Ads, PPC, Influencers, etc)

What’s your process?


The average client journey looks like this: 1) A free consultation is booked where we discuss your businesses goals and how we may be able to help by working together. 2) A follow up email is sent with details about what we discussed, and a recommendation for how we can move forward together, including details about services and costings. 3) Once we’ve agreed on the service terms and costs, you’ll be sent over a Client Welcome Pack, a contract, and your invoice. Invoices are required up front for all new clients, and you can then choose whether you’d like to pay monthly in advance, or weekly in arrears. 4) The final stage is getting everything in order: accessing the relevant platforms, sending over a monthly content calendar for your review, and tying up any loose ends. 5) Sit back, relax (read: focus on all those other important aspects of your business and stop stressing about keeping up with social media), and watch the social media magic happen!




How long does it take to set up?


It depends on how long you take to send over the relevant information and approve your content calendar. It could be the same day, it could be a couple days, it could be a week - it depends on your response time, and how busy you are. Just remember, we’re flexible to your needs.




How much does it cost?

Am I tied into any contracts?


Never. There is a contract but the only stipulation is that all work up until that point is paid for, and you can cancel any contract with a minimum of one week's notice.




What if your plans don’t cover what I need - or I need extra some months?


You can let me know exactly what you need and we can develop a custom marketing plan for you together.




Do you take photos?


No - all my clients have a bank of photos they’ve taken, or they’ve hired a professional to take. I can help you coordinate a photoshoot, if that’s something you’d need.




How long does it take to see results?


This is a tricky question to answer. Sometimes you can see it from the very first post! However, to truly see the results we recommend at least 3 months worth of social media marketing.




What if I’m not happy with the results?


This has never happened before, but, in the worst case scenario that you are unhappy, you’re welcome to cancel the contract with at least one week’s notice and all work up until then paid for.
